A Message from Angela Shelton
Welcome. May all your chronic pain and everything that goes on inside your body, mind, and spirit be lifted — and may love and laughter pour in so that you live joyously, no matter what you've been through. Especially if you have been a victim of CSA, or have helped a survivor.
I'm a BIG MOUTH about eradicating child sexual abuse and providing escape routes to take our bodies, minds, and spirits back — while we slay and block the perps. I'm talking about it whether you're ready or not, and I'm going to make you laugh the whole time.
That's the deal.
The Science Fair Project
at age twelve ↓
"At age 12, while other kids were making baking-soda volcanoes, Angela was researching the grocery stores in America and how they were systematically set up to make us sick.
Holy Hot Mom is the result of a life long journey seeking truth. At age 12, Angela Shelton began researching the processed food industry for a science fair project, and what she discovered was that the system was set up as a way to make people sick. She learned that humans were being farmed for pharma.
In this science fair project, she outlined how the processed food companies, the pesticide chemical companies, and the pharmaceutical companies, were all working together to profit off of people’s sickness and keep them stuck in survival mode. Why? Because people who feel weak and sick are easier to control.
That science fair project led Angela down a life path that she couldn’t have imagined — one of CSA recovery, activism, filmmaking, and the creation of an oil that got her out of a wheelchair, off medication, and living joyfully. Now she helps others live joyfully too, no matter what they've been through.
Angela knew at age 12 that nature was always the cure.
Not pharmaceuticals.
Searching for Angela Shelton
Award winning film ↓
"I traveled across the country with a film crew to interview every Angela Shelton in America. It was supposed to be fun. Instead, it changed the course of my life forever."
Angela moved to Los Angeles at 19 to begin her career in Hollywood, where she became a model, actress, and filmmaker. She started modeling alongside Tyra Banks and many other supermodels, but unlike the girls who did Playboy and drugs, Angela chose to get her own apartment away from the system and take trains around the country to write poetry and books.
She worked as a successful catalog class model in NYC and was living across the hall from Nicole Kidman and Tom cruise. She was in shows with top models like Linda Evangelista and Christis Turlington, and was the Bill Blass fit model for Barbara Bush. She had the fancy Hollywood agents and the house in the hills, and the PR team for Brittany Spears asked her to write a movie for Brittany. She declined, and instead chose to go on the road to direct her first movie, Searching for Angela Shelton.
Angela was 27 when she took on the challenge to travel around the United States in an RV and meet every Angela Shelton in America. It was intended to be funny, but what she discovered was anything but that.
She learned that 70% of the Angela’s she met were survivors of CSA (child sexual abuse). As a survivor of CSA herself, Angela was no stranger to the subject. The documentary became about the stories of 40 Angela Shelton’s survival from abuse and how they overcame their trauma.
Searching for Angela Shelton won many awards and became a staple in women’s studies courses at colleges and universities all over the world. It can be seen for free on YouTube: Searching for Angela Shelton.
The filming of her documentary put Angela on a spiritual journey. Listening to the women’s stories changed her life, and she became devoted to helping people heal. Particiulary CSA survivors.
Out of a Wheelchair
and completely off pharma ↓
"I had severe asthma, chronic back pain, a wheel chair, and was scheduled for heart surgety when I decided, no.
This was not going to be my life."
There came a time in adulthood when Angela was crippled with pain and using a wheelchair. She had been carrying the weight of her trauma and the anger and resentment she had towards Hollywood and the perpetrator system.
She was told she would live with limited mobility, asthma medication for the rest of her life, and she was scheduled for heart surgery — but she chose to revolt. Instead, she remembered what her mother and grandmother always said: use the comfrey.
Comfrey is a plant that grows in your back yard. It is anti-inflammatory, helps heal skin issues and wounds, and aids in cellular regeneration.
So Anglea picked the comfrey and soaked it in organic castor oil, along with many other ancient herbs and botanicals, and began to apply the oil to her physical pain. She started piecing the puzzle together, realizing that the perps are connected to parasites which make us sick and keep us in pain (remember the science fair project) and that the system has been intentionally designed to keep humans in suffering. Angela chose to take her power back from the perps/parasites by cleansing her body, using her own oil, and doing the inner work to release her anger and heal herself on every level.
"If the system made you sick, your healing won't come from the system."
Film, art, and honors
Multi-award winning activist ↓
"We are living in a sci-fi movie."
Angela Shelton is a multi-award winning, globally recognised filmmaker and advocate for CSA survivors. She has spoken from the Smithsonian, to Congress, to Military Bases, Universities, Elementary Schools, Conferences, and more. She has won humanitarian awards in many states, and has the keys to several cities. She even has a day named after her - it’s April 29th.
Her creative journey was deeply intertwined with her spiritual journey. Everything was an act of rebellion against the system that her 12 year old self had caught on to. Now she is making a movie called A Rare Human (a documentary about the perp/parasite pandemic and how to escape it) and sharing the Ex-It oil as a way to help people get out of pain and into play.
"I made films the same way I make oil: with honesty, pressure, humor, and zero interest in pretending everything is fine."
A place where truth is told
with healing, cheeky humor ↓
“You know what demons hate? Laughter and joy."
Three things caused Angela to heal her chronic back pain, asthma, and heart condition: forgiveness and releasing her unprocessed anger, the comfrey oil, and laughter.
"We take pain recovery incredibly seriously — but we do not take ourselves seriously. Fear cannot survive where laughter reigns. Joy is the dynamic rebellion."
Combining comedy, play, and high-potency herbalism, Angela founded the Holy Hot Mom™ movement. It is a portal away from victimhood, away from stiffness, and directly into absolute freedom & profound play. A place where you can let go of what happened to you, purge the parasites, and walk onto your own high-wire. You can, in fact, create a life that you love.
You can even run away and join the Circus with us! ;)
"Yeah, it's weird. A butt oil leads to spiritual awakening. This is all too weird to be weird."
