I thought the contents of the box were cute. The oil, it seems moisturizing, but do not put it in your lips.. it will dry them out. I did not to receive the correct contents of the box which made me sad. I got the parasite box and it didn't come with the balm or the binder. I waited over a month to receive everything, so I was quite disappointed that the box didn't include the things I paid for. I tried several times to contact the company thru the month, and I guess that my emails were going to the wrong place Cause I didn't hear anything from anyone for several weeks. I tried to contact them about the missing items, but they didn't respond. I was even told that they were going to give me a refund before I even received my box, but to my knowledge that never happened. Communication was What I had wanted the most, but I didn't receive that.
I hear you on the emails, they were all going to a dead email. This is why I got married for tech help! We are working through our boxes too to show photos of them and let you choose what you want too. All the issues I've had are tech! And ohhh I'd much rather come bring you a box in person than deal with tech and thank you Jesus we now have nerds! And I didn't get married lol - I just found this review area so I can see and get help fixing each step. This started with me alone at my kitchen sink hand filing each box and hand writing the addresses. Woooweee!!
Super great box, but I went to go order my friend one and the price had increased by about 50% which was outside of my personal willingness to pay.
