Shipping Policy (The Real-Life Version)

We ship with care, intention, and actual humans — not robots and not Amazon.

Our oils and products are made in small batches, which means they need time to steep, settle, and be prepared properly before shipping.

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 10–14 business days.

  • During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, it may take a little longer — and we appreciate your patience while we do things the right way.

If something urgent comes up or you’re unsure about timing, just reach out.


Shipping Times (After It Leaves Us)

  • Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • Typical U.S. delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment.

  • You’ll receive tracking as soon as your label is created.

Please note: once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays are outside our control — but we’ll always help you track it down.


Lost, Delayed, or Weird Packages

If your package:

  • Says delivered but isn’t there

  • Is taking way longer than expected

  • Arrives damaged or leaking

👉 Email us and we’ll take care of it.

We don’t leave people hanging.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you realize you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

A Note About Addresses

The address listed on the site is a mail-forwarding / safety address and not a physical storefront.

  • Please do not send returns or packages there unless we’ve asked you to.

  • If you need to send something, contact us first and we’ll coordinate privately.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Any delays caused by customs processing
